The Ashgrove Road Residents' Association may be contacted by email to the Chairman, Mike Whatford.
The only information that we keep will be the names, postal and email addresses of current members. We retain and process that data for the purpose of achieving a legitimate interest and maintaining an accurate record of our members with their contact details. This is necessary to achieve the objects of the association which are:
- To preserve, protect, enhance the AONB
- To promote our community, neighbourhood and natural environment
- To represent the interests of the residents against developments threatening the countryside
- To communicate relevant information to residents
We do not divulge personal data to any other person or organisation and the data is retained only for the membership period.
