Berkeley Homes Inquiry
The Berkeley Homes appeal against SDC’s refusal of a development in Oakhill Road finished on Thursday 6 July 23, after a 6-day inquiry.
Many residents objected against the development, but this was another challenging inquiry, so much harder than Croudace’s case as Oakhill Road is in the built confines and Green Belt is not an issue, however the ruling could go either way.
We anticipate the decision around September or October, dependant on when the Inspector can issue the decision, having regard to summer holidays.
